How to report my child absent

When your child is unwell you should inform the School Office before 8:45am.

Arbor:

Please log into your Arbor parent account to register your child's absence. To report an absence using the Arbor Parent Portal: 

• Navigate to the home page and click the green "Log Absence" button in the top-right corner.
• Input the absence details, including the reason and start/end times, and submit the request.
• School staff will then review and approve or reject the absence, and it will be visible in the Attendance tab of the Parent Portal or Arbor App.

Do not use ClassDojo to report an absence. We understand that some parents and carers inform the class teacher via Dojo. However, teachers are not always able to pass these messages on to the office, as they may be preparing the classroom or welcoming pupils at the start of the day or may not be in school. For this reason, all absences must be reported as detailed above.
