Afterschool Clubs - Autumn Term

Clubs will start Monday 18th September 2017

and will end on Friday 1st December 2017

Details of the Afterschool Clubs for the Autumn Term have been sent out today.   The clubs will start on Monday 18th September 2017 will end Friday 1^st December 2017.

All clubs start at 3.15pm and end at 4.15pm.

Please complete the club form (circle your choice of clubs and fill in your child’s name and contact details for the club provider).

Return to the school office by Monday 11^th September 2017, so places can be given out.

No late letters will be accepted.

You will receive a slip of paper letting you know which clubs your child has a place in.

Parents will be notified, in advance, of any sessions that need to be cancelled. However, if a session needs to be cancelled on the day itself e.g. due to the unexpected illness of the club leader, the school will notify parents by phone or text message. Should a session be cancelled at the last-minute and we have been unable to contact parents/carers then the club organiser/member of staff will supervise the children until all children have been collected.

For after-school cubs all children must be collected by a responsible adult.

Children will not be allowed to walk home by themselves.
