🎄 Christmas Activities, Events & Trips 2025! 🎄

 We are very excited to share all the wonderful festive activities we have planned. Further details will be sent out over the coming weeks.

🎁 Christmas Trips

This year we have three special visits planned (detailed below). To give consent, please use Arbor (select the visit, click the green “Sign your child up for the visit” button, tick the consent box, and save your response). The cost of the visits is a contribution of £10.00 per child, with school heavily subsidising the remainder of the costs. Payments to be made through the Arbor system and can be completed in instalments. Please do not hesitate to contact school if you are unable to make a payment — we are here to support you and may be able to offer bursary assistance.

🌾 Seedlings, Saplings & The Hub
Trip: Tweddle Farm – Tuesday 2nd December
A full-day visit at the farm with festive activities for children and a parent/carer to enjoy together. https://www.tweddlefarm.co.uk/

🏰 Beech, Willow & Sycamore Classes
Trip: Raby Castle - Monday 8th December
Includes visits to the Plotters’ Forest Enchanted Christmas Trail, the Deer Park, and the Yuletide Yurt for a hot chocolate treat! https://www.raby.co.uk/christmas/

❄️ Oak, Poplar, Larch, Fir, Cedar & Hazel Classes
Trip: Stockeld Park - Thursday 11th December
A full day of festive fun with the Enchanted Forest, ice skating, Play Hive, and the Maze!

🎶 Nursery Christmas Performance - Monday 15th December at 10:00am

⭐ Whole School Nativity (Reception to Year 6)

• Tuesday 16th December at 10:00am – for parents in Oak, Poplar, Cedar, Spruce and Larch (top corridor)
• Wednesday 17th December at 10:00am – for parents in Beech, Willow, Sycamore, Fir and Hazel (bottom corridor)

🎉 Christmas Disco – Thursday 18th December

• Reception & Key Stage 1: 4:15pm – 5:30pm
• Key Stage 2: 6:00pm – 7:30pm

🎭 “Little Red Riding Hood” In-School Pantomime - Friday 19th December

🍽️ Christmas Dinner – Friday 19th December

If your child normally brings a packed lunch but would like a Christmas dinner, please let the school know so we can order one for them.

🎅 End of Term

Friday 19th December will be the last day of term, and school will finish earlier at 1:30pm
