Mad Science School Dinner

The school meals service is holding a “Mad Science” promotional day on Thursday, 6^th October 2022 with a Science themed menu and prizes to be won.

The menu will be:

• Bunsen Burner Burger
• Fission Fish Fingers
• Scientist Sandwich Selection
• Served with Physics Potato Wedges, Biology Baked Beans and Pipette Peas
• Followed by Fossil Fruity Flapjack and Chemistry Custard

If your child normally brings a packed lunch to school but would like have a school dinner on this day then please let school know.  The cost of the dinner will be £2.20 unless entitled to free school meals. 

In each year group there will be a lucky “golden ticket” winner of a cupcake set.  The winner will also be entered into a prize draw, with all other schools in Sunderland, to try and win one of the following star prizes :

• Family of four (2 adults + 2 children) admission ticket for Centre for Life in Newcastle (2 prizes available)
• Science 4 U – My First Science Set
• Amazing Toys STEM Super Scientific Set
• Sparkle Science Chemistry Set
• John Adams Edible Science Set
